I regretfully inform you that our beloved Edward (Ned) Brown passed on the evening of September 14^th, 2020.  Ned Practiced in Manitoba for over 50 years and made significant contributions to the legal profession, The Manitoba Bar Association and the Canadian Bar Association.  In honour of Ned's contributions I will be posting one of the many papers he wrote between the years 2000-2020 in this section.
